About Us: I started my career as a photojournalist and even won a few awards, but soon family and other creative endeavors brought me to pursue design and art as a career.
After 12 years working as a designer and art director I found I missed my first love - photography. Now as a full-time photographer again, I bring a new slant to my photography. Having the eye of a photographer, mixed with the style and vision of an art director, I bring a more complete vision to everything I shoot. (and years as a publication designer really make your wedding albums rock.)
It's not just about pretty pictures to me, it's about telling the story of your day, your story. Sometimes it's the small moments that really move us, and I aim to make those photos amazingly beautiful.
I'm there to catch and interpret those moments. Sure I'll do some group shots for Mom and Dad, but the emphasis is definitely on the story of your big day.
In every moment of your wedding day there is some long lasting beauty. Capturing that beauty is priceless. What I aim to bring is a purer remembrance of that wonderful day - even when you are showing your grandkids your album, I hope a little smile graces your face because your photos brought all that joy back to you.

1. Do you have packages?
Packages start at $1800 which includes 6 hours of coverage and a DVD with high-resolution images (with printing rights) and an online gallery. Contact me and I'd be happy to send you a full price list.
2. Do I get a DVD with all the images on it?
Every package includes a DVD with high-resolution images (with printing rights).
My concern with high-resolution images on disc is that they remain just that... files on a disc. It's very easy to just get the disc and then feel the relief and excitement of the start of your lives together and not return to do anything with those images. I really want to encourage couples to get what they want now. If that means professional prints and/or an album now, great. If not and a DVD suits your needs, then that's great too.
3. Do you have albums?
Absolutely. I love'em. I encourage couples towards getting a hand-crafted album to remember it all. It's the perfect medium to relive the story of that day. It's timeless. Take advantage of the craftsmanship, the professional design, the timelessness of a custom-made album. Someday, when your grandkids are flippin through it, you'll be glad you did.
4. Do you do a "first look"?
I really love first looks. I encourage brides to do them, I think it's an awesome time just for the two of you, and to have it beautifully recorded is priceless. Together we'll set up a place and time and we'll make it everything you want it to be.
5. How do we get started?
Ideally we start by talking. I'd love to sit down with the two of you (hopefully with some coffee in hand) and discuss what you're looking for in your photographer. From there it's just a matter of getting a contract signed and booking the day (which requires one-half the package price).
