1. What are the differences between one stone and another?
It comes down to the four C's (cut, color, clarity and carat weight) and quality differences even in the same size stone. At Hermans we will show you the difference.
2. Why are you less expensive than the mall stores?
Lower overhead since you work directly with the store owners. We are known in the industry as value buyers. We don't want to pay more for something than it is worth so we don't pass on inflated costs to our clients.
We live and work in the community and so our reputation is one of our most important assets. When we see you in the community we want you to be happy to see us. Its that simple.
3. Do you do all the work or do you send it out?
All the work is done in house so there is no risk of loss or delays due to outsourcing. We offer fast turnaround times.
4. Why should we buy from you?
We have been here since 1979 and will be here after you walk out the door.
We take great pride in all of our return customers. We have the best value in the area-- shop around and you will find we are simply the best for less. After all the box it comes in doesn't matter, it is the ring around the finger that people will notice. Before you buy somewhere else, shop us! If it is truly a better deal, we will tell you.
5. Are you able to change/modify stones out of settings?
Yes of course. We have a staff of well qualified master jewelers to help customize the rings to meet your desires.
